Somatic Stress Release is a guided 1:1 session, adopting a body-centered approach to help you complete unresolved stress responses in your nervous system.

Why this matters
Do you feel on edge even after a stressful event has passed? Perhaps you're experiencing odd physical symptoms, can't find rest or get easily overwhelmed. These are signals that your nervous system is still responding to perceived threat.
As stress is experienced through the body, the only way to resolve a stress response is through the body. You can remove the source of stress, but if you don't complete your physiological stress response, you stay activated.

Incomplete stress responses show up as chronic muscle tension, sleep problems, anxiety, digestive issues, friction in relationships and more. If left unaddressed, chronic stress may lead to long term immunological diseases.
Learning to discharge this activation helps your body restore its natural ability to regulate. You'll learn how to respond to your needs with clarity and care.
